“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Kate McLachlan, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ, (IP No: 29150) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 11 February 2026 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Katie McLachlan of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ as Liquidator of the company.
