Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 04 July 2016 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the Company be wound up voluntarily and Julie Swan and Mark Phillips, both of PCR, St Martin’s House, The Runway, South Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 6SE, (IP Nos. 9168 and 9320) be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 4 July 2016 the appointment of Julie Swan and Mark Phillips as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
