TAKE NOTICE that Southwest Commercials (Devon) Limited Formerly Barrasford and Bird Worldwide Limited (In Liquidation) entered into Insolvent Liquidation on 21 September 2016.

That I, Robin Jack Barrasford, of Tregenna Barns Altarnun Launceston Cornwall PL15 7SB was a person as defined by Section 216(1) as Director of the insolvent Company.

That it is my intention to act in all the ways specified under Section 216(3) in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company having acquired the whole of the business from Mr G J Kirk. (Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Liquidator of Southwest Commercials (Devon) Limited Formerly Barrasford and Bird Worldwide Limited (In Liquidation) on the 21st September 2016.

That the prohibited name of Barrasford and Bird Worldwide Limited will be used or carried on in relation to the name of Barrasford and Bird Worldwide Limited formerly Halcyon Resort Management Limited – Company Registration Number 094461876, Registered Office Suite 30 Atlas House West Devon Business Park TAVISTOCK Devon PL19 9DP.
