Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 March 2025, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stuart Irwin (IP No. 9656) and Ian Leonard (IP No. 14610) both of Interpath Advisory, Suite 402, The Kelvin, 17 – 25 College Square East, Belfast, BT1 6DH be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets and that any act required or authorised under any Act or enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone.”
