At a GENERAL MEETING of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Taunton House, Waterside Court, Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent ME2 4NZ on the 7th June 2016 the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed, viz:-

RESOLUTION

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.

AT a subsequent MEETING OF CREDITORS, duly convened pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and held on the same day, it was resolved that Adelle Firestone of Firestones Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, Ground Floor, Taunton House, Waterside Court, Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent ME2 4NZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
