I, Antonia McIntyre (IP No. 9422), Insolvency Practitioner, of mlm Solutions, 7th Floor, 90 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5UB, give notice that I was appointed Interim Liquidator of Spire Resourcing Limited on 21 September 2016 by Interlocutor of the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.Notice is also given that the first Meeting of Creditors of the Company will be held at Skene House, Rosemount, 96 Rosemount Viaduct, Aberdeen, AB25 1NX, on 02 November 2016, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of choosing a Liquidator and determining whether to establish a Liquidation Committee. Creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy providing that their claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted at the Meeting or lodged beforehand at the above address. A Resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it.
