“That it has been proved by special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH, (IP No. 15590) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
