A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Status Industries Limited having its registered office at 154 Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 3PH, presented on the 25 November 2015 by SPEEDY ASSET SERVICES LIMITED, whose registered office address is Chase House, 16 The Parks, Newton-Le-Willows, WA12 0JQ, Claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard in the County Court at Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Law Courts, Quayside, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 3LA, on 15 January 2016 at 11:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
