Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 June 2016 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Richard Keley and Andrew Pear, both of BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 7XL, (IP Nos 18072 and 9016) be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and are to act jointly and severally.” At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 17 June 2016 the appointment of Richard Keley and Andrew Pear as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
