At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened and held at Egale 1, 80 St Albans Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1DL on 01 September 2016 at 2.00 pm the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that J P Shaw and M Goldstein, both of Myers Clark, Egale 1, 80 St Albans Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD17 1DL, (IP Nos. 12532 and 6084) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in all aspects of the liquidation.”
