“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony John Wright and Paul David Allen, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU, (IP Nos. 10870 and 11734) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
