“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Cooper and Paul Appleton, both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE, (IP Nos. 15452 and 8883) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
