A Petition to wind up the above named Company whose registered office is 550 Valley Road, Basford, Nottingham, NG5 1JJ, presented on 23 March 2016, by MARSTON’S PLC, Marston’s House, Brewery Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4JT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at, Nottingham County Court at 60 Canal Street, Nottingham, NG1 7EJ, on 24 June 2016 at 2.00 pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on 23 June 2016.
