Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 January 2017 as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel Talby and Mark Phillips, both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, Bush House, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2DP, (IP Nos. 9404 and 9320) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be entitled to act both jointly and severally.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 20 January 2017 the appointment of Samuel Talby and Mark Phillips as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
