“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Giles McCarthy, of Netchwood Finance Limited, 5 Churchill Court, Faraday Drive, Bridgnorth, WV15 5BB, (IP No. 9452) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
