At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EZ on the 30th September 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily".

2. "That Neil Henry (IP No 8622) and Michael Simister (IP No 9028) of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EZ, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators, who are both licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom, are empowered to act jointly and severally".
