1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Peter Richard James Frost (IP No 008935) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
