At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Caverley House, 55 Calverley Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 2TU on 27 July 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Thorniley, of Yerrill Murphy, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH, (IP No 8924) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of David Thorniley was not confirmed and Ian Yerrill of of Yerrill Murphy (IP No 8924) was appointed Liquidator.
