Notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a final meeting of the Company’s creditors under Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the Joint Liquidator’s final report and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should be given their release. The meeting will be held at 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QF on 12 August 2016 at 11.00 am.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Joint Liquidators at 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QF by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
