At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at MFA Accountants, 6A The Gardens, Broadcut, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 8SS on 21 October 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Lowes and Matthew Fox, both of CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridian Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ, (IP Nos 9194 and 9325) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
