At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG on 11 July 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Masters and Conrad Beighton , both of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB, (IP Nos. 8262 and 9556) be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation”
