Notice is hereby given that on 17 August 2016 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by D. McLeod & Son (2003) Ltd, Block C, Stance 6 & 7, Blochairn Road, Glasgow, G21 2ST, craving the court inter alia, that TR Caledonian Fresh Produce Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC190702) and having its Registered Office at Scottish Tax Bureau, 94 Hope Street, Glasgow, G2 6PH be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 17 August 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
