A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 45 Market Place, Bawtry, Doncaster, South Yorkshire DN10 6JL, presented on 20 June 2016 by GLOBAL TRANSACTION SERVICES (HK) LTD C/O PINNACLE, of 95 High Street, Yeadon, Leeds LS19 7TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The County Court at Doncaster, College Road, Doncaster DN1 3HT (Case number 47 of 2016), on 25 July 2016, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 22 July 2016.
