“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Finch,(IP No. 9672) of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Green Business Park, Hatters Lane, Watford WD18 8YH be and is hereby appointed as liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
