A Petition to wind up Turners News and Foods Ltd, 35-37 Seaview Street Cleethorpes DN35 8EU presented on 8 March 2019 by Stephen John Edwards, Braybrook Cottage Newtons Marsh Lane Tetney Lock DN36 5UW claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Great Grimsby Combined Court on 3 May 2019, at 2.00 pm (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice on intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on 1 May 2019.
