NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at 127 High Street, Hythe, Kent, CT21 5JJ on Friday 7 October 2016 at 11.15 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act, following the meeting of Shareholders which will be held at 11.00am on the same day.

The resolutions at the meeting of creditors may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.

Pursuant to Section 98 (2) of the Act, a list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Carmichael & Co, Lowry House, 17 Marble Street, Manchester, M2 3AW on the two business days falling next before the day of the meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their claims and proxies (unless they are individual creditors attending in person, in which case a proxy is not required) at the offices of Carmichael & Co, Lowry House, 17 Marble Street, Manchester, M2 3AW by 12.00 noon on Thursday 6 October 2016.
