“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore, of Philmore & Co, Unit 11, Dale Street Mills, Dale Street, Longwood, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD3 4TG, (IP No. 9098), be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
