At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Churchill House, 2 Cambridge Road, Beaconsfield, Bucks, HP9 1HW, on 30 September 2016, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Goldstein,(IP No. 12532) and James Paul Shaw,(IP No. 6084) both of Myers Clark, Egale 1, 80 St Albans Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1DL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
