At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held on 12 February 2026, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Darren Edwards (IP No. 10350) and Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) both of Exigen Group Limited T/A Liquidation Centre, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD be, and is hereby, appointed Joint Liquidators oft he Company for t he purpose of the winding up”.

A resolution confirming the appointment of the Liquidator was made at a virtual meeting of creditors held on the same day.
