I, Alexander Iain Fraser, of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD, (IP No. 9218) give notice that on 07 September 2016, I was appointed Liquidator of Valuiki Project Services Limited by resolution of the first meeting of creditors held in terms of Section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Liquidation Committee was not established. Accordingly, I hereby give notice that I do not intend to summon another meeting to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the Company’s creditors. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
