A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 486 Nottingham Road, Derby, England, DE21 6PF presented by ORANGE FOX MEDIA LTD (in Administration) whose registered address is at Business Innovation Centre, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TX claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 4 February 2026 and will be heard in the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 25 March 2026 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 16:00 hours on 24 March 2026.
