On 28th July 2016 the Company went into administration.

I, Paul Kelly, of Squire House, 81/87 High Street, Billericay, Essex, CM12 9AS was a Director of the above-named company on the day it entered administration. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 I hereby give notice that I am acting and intend to continue to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply if the above named company were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with and/or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the Company under the following name:

Vecelli Home Improvements Limited a limited liability company registered in England and Wales under number 10278696 whose registered office is at Squire House, 81/87 High Street, Billericay, Essex, CM12 9AS trading as “Roman Garage Doors” and/or “Vecelli Home Improvements” and any derivatives thereof.
