Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors to establish whether creditors would like to form a liquidation committee (of creditors), or failing that, to consider a resolution concerning the basis upon which the liquidator’s remuneration will be fixed. The meeting will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA, on 07 November 2016, at 10.00 am. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Liquidator at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
