“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian William Kings, of KRE (North East) Limited, The Axis Building, Maingate, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead NE11 0NQ, (IP No. 7232) be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
