“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BD, (IP Nos: 15590) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
