Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Invocas Financial Limited, GF, 6 Deer Park Avenue, Fairways Business Park, Livingston, EH54 8AF, on 22 July 2016, at 10.30 am for the purposes, if thought fit, of choosing a Liquidator and of determining whether to establish a Liquidation Committee. A resolution approving the terms on which the Liquidator will be remunerated will also be passed. Creditors are entitled to attend in person or alternatively by proxy. A creditor may vote only if their claim has been submitted and accepted in whole or in part. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting in person or by proxy vote in favour. Proxies and claims must be lodged at the offices of Invocas Financial Limited, GF, 6 Deer Park Avenue, Fairways Business Park, Livingston, EH54 8AF, at or before the meeting.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the above offices of Invocas Financial Limited between 10.00 am and 4. 00 pm on the two business days prior to the said meeting.
