At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Gaines Robson Insolvency, 1200 Century Way, Thorpe Business Park, Colton, Leeds, LS15 8ZA, on 19 July 2016, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daryl Warwick of Armstrong Watson, Fairview House, Victoria Place, Carlisle, Cumbria CA1 1HP & David James Robson of Gaines Robson Insolvency, 1200 Century Way, Thorpe Business Park, Colton, Leeds, LS15 8ZA, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
