A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Suite 10 Earls House Earlsway, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, England, NE11 0RY presented on the 12 April 2022 by MILE HIGH LABS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Unit 2 Falcon Way, Adelaide Industrial Estate, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT12 6SQ claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 24th day of May 2022 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 23 May 2022
