“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Simmonds, of Quantuma LLP, Meridien House, 69-71 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1DS and Peter Hughes-Holland, of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS, (IP Nos. 9570 and 1700) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act jointly and severally.”
