A meeting of creditors of the Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under Rule 4.127 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of authorising the basis of the Liquidator's remuneration, the approval of his policy regarding the recharge of disbursements and the approval of either the continuance of the Joint Liquidators investigations or a distribution to creditors followed by closure of the case.
