At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Premier Inn, 15 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2AB on 14 October 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Dunton, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No. 13810), be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
