At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 11.00 AM at KSA Group Ltd, 99 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3XD, on 13 October 2016 the following special and ordinary resolutions respectively were duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily and that Maxine Reid and Andrew Tate, both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Compass House, 45 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4RY, (IP Nos. 11492 and 8960) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. The liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally in all matters pertaining to the liquidation.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 13 October 2016 Maxine Reid and Andrew Tate of Kreston Reeves LLP, Compass House, 45 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4RY were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
