NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the Company are convening a meeting of creditors to be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 7 More London, Riverside, London, SE1 2RT on Friday 25 August 2017 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.
